Shipping Guide
How to prepare a parcel so it arrives exactly as it left.
Packaging Guide
Packing your parcel step by step
Choose a rigid, correctly sized box
Leave no more than 5cm of empty space on any side — oversized boxes let contents shift in transit.
Wrap items individually
Use bubble wrap or packing paper around fragile or breakable items before placing them in the box.
Cushion every side
Fill remaining space with packing peanuts, air pillows, or crumpled paper so nothing moves.
Seal with an H-taping pattern
Reinforce the center seam and both edges with pressure-sensitive tape rated for shipping.
Label clearly
Attach the shipping label flat on the largest surface and remove or cover any old labels.
